As Salaam ‘Alaykum: We thank Allāh, we seek His help, we ask for His forgiveness, we believe and put our complete trust in Him, Mighty and Sublime is He. We witness that there is no deity except Allāh, He alone is without partners, and we witness that Muhammed is His Servant and Messenger, the prayers and peace be on him, on his descendants, his companions, and peace be on Allāh’s Messengers (all of them), and what follows of this traditional salutation.

Sūrah, 47:38, Qur’ānic prayer language:

وَإِن تَتَوَلَّوْا يَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَكُونُوا أَمْثَالَكُمْ

Allāh (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى) has explained: if you turn away يَسْتَبْدِلْ | yas-tab-dil | He will replace you with another people, then they will not be like you! What makes Muslims in the Islamic Community of Prophet Muhammed (ﺼﻠﻰ ﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻮ ﺴﻠﻢ) think that we can turn our back on everyone outside of our faith? We are humans from the top of our heads to the bottom of our feet; we cover our bodies in clothes, we dress our minds with information. Muslims are Homo sapiens created to serve Allāh (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى) and develop the Islamic Community of Prophet Muhammed (ﺼﻠﻰ ﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻮ ﺴﻠﻢ) to fit our needs wherever we live. When we examine history, we see that Prophet Muhammed (ﺼﻠﻰ ﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻮ ﺴﻠﻢ) said:

كُلُّ مَوْلُودٍ يُولَدُ عَلَى الْفِطْرَةِ ، فَأَبَوَاهُ يُهَوِّدَانِهِ أَوْ يُنَصِّرَانِهِ أَوْ يُمَجِّسَانِهِ

Every child is born on the natural pattern (Muslim); then his parents causes him to become Jewish, Christian or Majjian. ﻔِﻄﺮَﺓٌ | fit-rah, the natural constitution with which a child is created in his mother’s womb; The faculty of knowing G_d with which He has created all people and the capability of accepting the religion of truth. Sūrah, 30:30, Qur’ānic prayer language:

فِطْرَةَ ﷲِ الَّتِي فَطَرَ النَّاسَ عَلَيْهَا

Allāh (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى) has explained that ﻔِﻄﺮَﺓٌ | fit-rah is: Allāh’s natural pattern which He created as the natural disposition in all people. Prophet Muhammed (ﺼﻠﻰ ﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻮ ﺴﻠﻢ) explained that the best of us is the one that learns Qur’anic Prayer Language and teaches it.

Human history has repetitive stories about the rise and fall of man. Discrimination toward or against one person or group is a sin against the whole of mankind. As we listen to what we are saying, it is clear that ours are not the views of Prophet Muhammed (ﺼﻠﻰ ﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻮ ﺴﻠﻢ) constructed on the framework of Qur’anic Prayer Language. It is usually associated with prejudice promoting a negative view directed against anyone who is ambitious to think for themselves outside of our little selective circle.

Discrimination differentiates between individuals on the basis of real and perceived differences, and has been official government policy in world history, such as South Africa in the apartheid era and four for centuries until the struggle for Civil Rights changed the landscape of America.

Executive Order No. 11478 prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin by federal contractors and contractors performing under federally assisted construction contracts. The United States Constitution: The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution limit the power of the federal and state governments to discriminate. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 (CRA) Title VII Equal Employment Opportunities 42 US Code Chapter 21, Title VII is the principal federal statute with regard to employment discrimination prohibiting unlawful employment discrimination by public and private employers, labor organizations, training programs and employment agencies based on race or color, religion, sex, and national origin.

Sūrah, 49:13, Qur’ānic prayer language, Allāh (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى) has explained: “Verily the most honored of you in the sight of G_d is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And G_d has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things)”.

Prophet Muhammed (ﺼﻠﻰ ﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻮ ﺴﻠﻢ) emphasized that: All humans are from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a black has no superiority over white nor does a white have any superiority over black except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not, therefore, do injustice to yourselves. Religious discrimination and hatred is un-Islamic; faith in the Islamic Community is based on brotherly love. I say this and I ask Allāh’s forgiveness for me and you.
